This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the website burmetsnab.ru (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by Sole Proprietor A.V. Chernyatyeva (INN 890507917964, OGRNIP 320312300050570; hereinafter "the Operator").

By submitting data through a contact form and ticking the consent checkbox, the user confirms consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms of this Policy. Consent is voluntary; if the user does not agree to the terms, they should refrain from submitting forms on the Website.

  • Enquiry content (name, quantity and specifications of the product of interest)

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to the user's enquiry
  • Preparing a commercial offer for drilling and production equipment
  • Clarifying enquiry parameters (diameter, wall thickness, steel grade, standard, quantity and other specifications)
  • Agreeing delivery and logistics terms

Data are not used for promotional mailings. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Conditions, Methods and Terms of Processing

Processing of personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is carried out by mixed means — with and without the use of automation — with transfer of data over the Internet upon form submission. Personal data are stored on secure servers of the hosting provider located in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

The Operator applies the necessary legal, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and disclosure.

Data are retained for the period required to achieve the processing purposes, but for no longer than 1 (one) year from the date of the user's last contact; once the purposes are achieved or the said period expires, the data are deleted (destroyed).

The user has the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of personal data
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing
  • Appeal against the Operator's actions or omissions to the authorised body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) or in court

7. Cookies and Web Analytics

The Website uses cookies to ensure the correct operation of forms and the interface, and the Yandex.Metrica web-analytics service (Yandex LLC) to collect depersonalised traffic statistics; Metrica data are processed on servers located in the Russian Federation. Third-party Google counters are not used on the Website. The user may decline cookies in their browser settings or refrain from accepting them in the Website's information banner.
